That’s why all our facilities have HACCP accreditation, one of the most recognized systems in the world for managing food safety. We also meet the FSSC 22000 international standard, which guarantees compliance with extremely rigorous food hygiene requirements. An inspector from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is present on a daily basis. Furthermore, each year our facilities are audited by an external firm, which ensures the application of all food safety measures and processes set out in these standards.
